Software Developer
Immediate need for a full time software developer seeking fast paced high tech working environment.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Professional Visual Basic experience
2. SQL Database experience
3. 1+ years development experience
Additional technical skills a plus:
1. MySQL
2. PHP, web page or Internet development experience
3. .net
4. Upgrading VB6 to .net
5. Accounting
6. QuickBooks or equivalent accounting experience
7. Property Management Experience
8. Excellent graphical layout skills and attention to detail

CUSTOMER SUPPORT/CSR
The Customer Service Rep (CSR) will assist businesses of all sizes in the property management industry. The CSR will assist in product demonstrations, training, installation, and problem solving over the internet. The CSR's are responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction for presales activities as well as for existing customer end user requests. A practical understanding of the application (we'll train), business processes, and technology will be required to assist both managers and office staff in using the Rent Manager product.
Requirements:

One to four years of customer service experience
Excellent phone skills.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of confidence and assertiveness.

Ability to present a professional image of self and company.

Good technical knowledge of the use of a PC and the internet .
